David Rocker is an accomplished executive with an extensive background spanning more than 30 years in corporate and commercial real estate finance paired with operational efficiency improvement. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, he is the Managing Partner of Nysa Capital, LLC, a financial advisory and management consultancy firm offering specialized services in complex financial structures, analytics, compliance, and strategic planning. With a strong emphasis on enhancing processes and optimizing workflow, his firm supports both Fortune 100 companies and mid-sized businesses.

Before joining Nysa Capital, Rocker carved a niche in the corporate finance sector, focusing on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of an INC 500 growth services firm, driving the company’s annual revenue from a modest $4 million to a staggering $150 million in just over six years.

He also contributed his expertise as a consultant to two of the most prestigious professional firms globally. His experience on several company boards further highlights his proficiency in formulating and implementing growth strategies for financial triumph in highly competitive markets.

Rocker’s academic journey began at Georgia Tech, where he majored in Industrial and Systems Engineering, which ignited his enduring interest in the workings of operational systems- most notably in the financial sector. He is an active Institute of Industrial Engineers member and founding member of the Georgia Tech Club. He was also an early sponsor of The Carter Center’s “Atlanta Project.” He later served on the Georgia Governor’s Mentor Protégé Program, where he worked arduously to advocate for minority business owners. Rocker most recently served for over ten years as a financial advisor to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Rocker has a profound commitment to philanthropy and community service. He significantly contributed to the Atlanta Housing Authority Steering Committee and chaired the Fulton County (Atlanta) Workforce Development Committee. He is particularly passionate about supporting disabled veterans’ reintegration into the workforce. To this end, he launched AloriCares, an Alorica initiative that recruits, mentors, and trains veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces and military spouses for roles in customer service. Moreover, he founded a training center in Atlanta in partnership with The Bobby Dodd Institute, demonstrating his dedication to this cause.
